1. Scope of These Terms

These General Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of digital products ("Scripts") sold via the website fivemscripts.eu ("Service"), operated by Cziráky Olivér Zoltán E.V.. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms.

2. Products and Licensing

All products sold on this website are digital software scripts intended for use with the FiveM multiplayer modification platform. Upon successful payment:

• You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the script on servers you own or administrate.
• A unique license key is generated and associated with your account.
• You may download the purchased file up to 2 times from your account.
• Reselling, sublicensing, redistributing, or sharing the script or license key is strictly prohibited.

3. Registration and Account

Purchasing a script requires creating a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in HUF (Hungarian Forint) or EUR and include applicable VAT where required. Payments are processed securely via SimplePay, operated by OTP Mobil Kft. We do not store your payment card details.

5. No Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been fully delivered. Once a script has been purchased and the download link has been made available, no refunds will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property

All scripts remain the intellectual property of Cziráky Olivér Zoltán E.V..

7. Prohibited Uses

• Sharing, reselling, or distributing scripts to third parties.
• Reverse engineering for the purpose of creating competing products.
• Circumventing the license verification system.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Scripts are provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use a script.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.
